1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or registering on UnholyFans ("the Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue using the Platform.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account, purchase Sparks, or access creator content on UnholyFans.
3. Authentication & Account Security
Account creation is strictly handled via Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity originating from your account.
4. Anti-Piracy Protection & Creator Access Codes
Creator spaces on UnholyFans are protected by unique 6-character creator keys designed to prevent unauthorized scraping, content piracy, and automated leaks. Any attempt to bypass access keys, deploy unauthorized scraping tools, or redistribute copyrighted creator media is strictly prohibited and subject to account suspension.
5. Sparks Virtual Credit System
Sparks are in-platform digital tokens priced at $1.00 USD per Spark. Sparks are purchased via Dodo Payments. Once acquired, Sparks are non-refundable, hold no real-world cash value, and cannot be transferred between user accounts.
6. Content Guidelines & Creator Responsibilities
Creators maintain sole responsibility for media uploaded to their Studio. All materials must comply with applicable international laws. Content violating copyright, harassment, or safety guidelines will be purged immediately with account termination.
7. Subscriptions & Pay-Per-View Purchases
Monthly creator subscriptions grant continuous access to subscriber-only posts for 30 calendar days. Pay-per-view (PPV) unlocks are permanent and tied to your account wallet ledger.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
Creators retain intellectual property ownership over their uploaded media. Viewers are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view unlocked content on the Platform. Downloading, screen recording, or unauthorized redistribution is strictly forbidden.
9. Platform Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
UnholyFans provides platform infrastructure on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnholyFans disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
